2. Magnesium (Nightly)
This mineral is basically your nervous system’s “chill” button. It helps digestion, sleep, and stress in one shot. You can supplement, soak (Epsom or magnesium flakes), add some pumpkin seeds to your yogurt, or grab a corner of a dark chocolate bar.

3. Your Daily Stress-Stopper
Pick one thing you’ll actually do—vagal breathing, a short walk, herbal tea, journaling, dancing in your kitchen. Doesn’t matter what it is, as long as it calms your system and you do it daily.

How to make it stick:
Grab your calendar and mark your three bone broth days.
Put magnesium next to your toothbrush.
Set a reminder for your daily stress-stopper.
