What is the Fridge Reset?
It’s not about deep cleaning or organizing by color. It’s about “Component Curation.” It’s a five-minute ritual that turns your fridge from a cluttered storage unit into a streamlined hub for simple, real food.
How to do it in 5 Minutes flat:
Clear the Decks (60 Seconds): Toss the takeout containers, the gross wilted greens, and the “I’ll eat this eventually” condiments. If it’s not serving your health, it’s just clutter taking up valuable brain & fridge space.
The “Big Three” Audit (2 Minutes): Check for your three building blocks:
Protein: Do you have at least one ready-to-go protein (hard-boiled eggs, rotisserie chicken, pre-cooked ground beef)?
Fiber: Are there two pre-washed or easy-to-grab veggies (peeled carrots, washed berries, or bagged greens)?
Fats: Are your healthy fats nearby (avocado, nuts, olives)?
Display for Visibility (2 Minutes): Move your “Power Plate” components to eye level. When you open that door on a Tuesday at 6:00 PM, you should see exactly what you need to assemble a yummy meal without thinking.
