Everywhere you look in the wellness world right now, there’s another “biohacking” trend involving expensive tech, specialized supplements, or high-tech recovery gear. While there is certainly a place for advanced protocols depending on the individual, the truth is that most of us are over-complicating our biology while missing the basics.

Here is your 10-minute Morning Anchor:
Get outside: Step out onto your porch, balcony, or backyard within 30 minutes of waking.
Unfiltered exposure: Don’t wear sunglasses. You need that morning light to hit your retinas.
No phone: This is your 10-minute buffer. Let your brain calibrate to the day before you let the notifications start the ‘reactive’ chain reaction.

The Return on Investment:
Why bother? Because this boring habit is the foundation for your evening sleep. If you want to fall asleep faster tonight, the work starts the moment you wake up. It’s the highest-ROI habit you can have for stabilizing mood and energy.
